Return & Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver premium-quality products every time. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may request a replacement or return under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

1. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
   Minor color or texture variations may occur due to lighting or screen display differences and are not considered defects.

2. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
   You can contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and video proof (as mentioned below).

Mandatory Video Proof Requirement

To process any return or replacement claim, a full unboxing video is compulsory.

The video must clearly show:

• The entire sealed package before opening.

• The process of opening the parcel on camera (without any cuts or edits).

• The product condition clearly visible immediately upon unboxing.

⚠️ Without this continuous unboxing video, we will not be able to accept or process any damage or defect claims.
